Off-Track Garage Doors Across the GTA

Door jumped the track? We straighten tracks, replace rollers and restore smooth travel.

Off-track garage door repair

A garage door jumps its tracks for a few specific reasons: a vehicle bump, a snapped cable, worn-out rollers, loose lag bolts, or impact from outside. Whatever the cause, an off-track door is unsafe to operate and can quickly damage panels, tracks and the opener if you keep trying to run it. Master-Tech responds same-day to off-track calls across the GTA.

What our repair includes

We carefully secure and re-seat the door, inspect every roller, hinge and bracket for damage, straighten or replace bent track sections, and re-tension cables and springs to restore proper balance. If the bottom rollers were the cause, we'll often recommend an upgrade to nylon sealed-bearing rollers — quieter, longer-lasting and far less likely to derail.

Preventing the next derailment

Most off-track doors had warning signs that were missed: louder operation, slight binding, a door that moved slowly on one side. An annual tune-up catches these issues before they become a derailment. Ask us about adding your door to our maintenance schedule.
