Spring tension and cycle inspection, cable wear check, roller and hinge inspection, track alignment, hardware re-torque, weather-seal inspection, balance test, safety reversal test, photo-eye alignment, opener force calibration, full lubrication of bearings and moving parts, and a written report on the condition of every major component.
We recommend an annual tune-up — ideally in fall before winter cold makes lubricants stiff and springs more brittle. High-use doors (3+ cycles per day) benefit from twice-yearly visits. Doors past 10 years old should be inspected every spring.
